• In the Diffuser: Pine oil can be used to deodorize your rooms; add as often as needed for a great boost in pure, fresh air quality. Pine can also aid you in feeling alert, clear, and productive. Add several drops to your diffuser along with cedar and neroli to create an aromatically pleasing and effective blend.
• It can be applied topically (diluted), as a compress, in the bath, through direct inhalation, or used with a diffuser.
• For deep household cleaning, add several drops to warm water or to your favorite cleaner.
• You can also add a drop or two to the laundry.
• Add several drops to steaming water and inhale the vapor to assist in opening and clearing a deep, penetrating breath.
• Inhale pine essential oil through direct palm inhalation when you need a boost of strength and vitality.
• Add 4 drops into a teaspoon of massage oil and massage regularly into areas of the body that have been busy in the garden or at the gym.
• Wintertime Assist Blend: 2 drops pine oil, 1 drop Eucalyptus oil, 2 drops lemon verbena oil, 1 drop Origanum oil, and 1 drop rosemary oil. Add to a bowl of steaming water, cover head and bowl with a towel, and inhale slowly, taking deeper and deeper breaths through the nose and mouth with eyes closed.
• It can be taken internally until 2 drops 3 times per day during 2 weeks.

 

• In general, essential oils are strong natural products that must be used with caution.
• This Essential oil is non-toxic and non-irritating if used in moderation. Still, for some people, it may irritate mucous membranes or cause allergic reactions in sensitive or allergic individuals.
• We recommend doing a simple allergy test before using the oil (put a drop on the skin and wait about 15 minutes, if irritation or sensitivity occurs in the target area, then should not be used it).
• In general, it is not recommended to take pine essential oil internally. However, this oil has been orally tested (3 drops capsule x 3 times daily for 2 weeks) with different people without any side effects.
• Do not touch your eyes when using this oil, in case you do this by accident, remove the effect by cleaning the area with olive oil.

• Seek medical advice before use, especially in case of drug treatment or chronic illness (asthma, epilepsy, hormone-dependent diseases, etc.).
• Do not use it for long periods (two weeks maximum).

• In the case of skin use, it should be diluted with a vegetable oil such as olive oil, Palestinian pomegranate oil, sesame oil, or black seed oil.
• If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention.
• Avoid exposure to sunlight after using essential oils that cause photosensitivity.
