1. Shipping Locations & Origins
We ship worldwide. To ensure the most efficient delivery, your order may be dispatched from:

2. Shipping Costs

Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are not fixed. They are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, the total weight of the order, and the selected carrier.

Customs & Duties: For international orders (outside the EU), the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country’s customs department.
3. Handling & Transit Times
To meet Google Shopping transparency requirements, our timelines are as follows:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your PALINOVA purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Process

Labels & Drop-off: We will provide prepaid return shipping labels and instructions for your nearest drop-off location.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), we will process your refund.

Refunds are applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above. Your replacement item will be shipped once the original return is processed.

Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the customer due to customs duties or taxes, the package may be returned to us or destroyed. In such cases, any return shipping fees, administrative charges, or customs penalties incurred will be deducted from the customer's refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
